RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Boat Service Pro LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. We are committed to providing quality outboard motors, marine equipment, parts, and accessories while maintaining a transparent and fair returns and refund process. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Boat Service Pro LLC provides shipping services to customers throughout the United States.
Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times typically range between 3 and 5 business days depending on product availability, carrier schedules, freight requirements, and delivery location.
Larger products such as outboard motors may require freight transportation and additional scheduling arrangements.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate and accessible for successful delivery.
In situations requiring special delivery arrangements, our customer support team will work directly with customers to coordinate delivery details.
RETURN POLICY
We accept eligible return requests within thirty (30) days of the original delivery date.
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
• The product must remain in its original condition.
• The product must not have been installed, modified, altered, or damaged after delivery.
• Original packaging, manuals, accessories, and documentation should be included whenever possible.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
• Customers must contact Boat Service Pro LLC and receive return authorization before returning any item.
Returns may be completed through:
• Approved return shipping arrangements
• Authorized return facilities when applicable
• Other return methods approved by Boat Service Pro LLC
All return requests are reviewed individually and remain subject to approval.
RESTOCKING FEES
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to fifteen percent (15%) of the original purchase price.
Restocking fees help offset costs associated with:
• Product inspection
• Repackaging
• Inventory processing
• Administrative handling
• Return shipping coordination
Restocking fees may be reduced or waived in circumstances where:
• The incorrect product was shipped.
• The item arrived with significant shipping damage.
• The product received differs substantially from the item ordered.
• The issue resulted from an error by Boat Service Pro LLC.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Customers should carefully inspect all products immediately upon delivery.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or differs from the item ordered, customers should notify Boat Service Pro LLC within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the matter quickly, please provide:
• Order Number
• Description of the Issue
• Clear Photographs of the Product
• Photographs of Packaging (if applicable)
• Any Relevant Supporting Documentation
Our team will review the information and work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.
REFUND POLICY
Refund requests may be approved under the following circumstances:
• Order cancellation before shipment
• Approved returns that meet return eligibility requirements
• Incorrect products delivered
• Significant product defects or undisclosed issues
• Products damaged during transit and verified by our review process
Once approved, refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Approved refunds are generally processed within five (5) business days after approval.
Depending on your financial institution, credit card company, or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before funds appear in your account.
Boat Service Pro LLC is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions or payment processors.
NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
Refunds may not be available in the following circumstances:
• Products that have been installed or used
• Products returned without authorization
• Special-order or custom-order products
• Products modified after delivery
• Customer change-of-mind requests after delivery
• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, or accidents
• Shipping delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control
• Orders containing incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
• Normal cosmetic wear consistent with the product description
CANCELLATIONS
Customers may request cancellation of an order before shipment.
Once an order has been processed for shipment or transferred to a carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible and standard return procedures will apply.
