LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY

Boat Service Pro LLC warrants that products sold through our website will be delivered in the condition represented at the time of sale.

This limited warranty applies to product condition and functionality upon delivery and is subject to the terms, limitations, and exclusions described in this policy.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

Our limited warranty may cover:

• Significant defects affecting normal product functionality at the time of delivery

• Major operational issues present upon arrival

• Products that differ substantially from their advertised specifications

• Incorrect products shipped due to fulfillment errors

• Significant undisclosed damage that existed before shipment

Customers are encouraged to inspect all products immediately upon delivery and report any concerns promptly.

WARRANTY CLAIM PERIOD

Warranty-related concerns must be reported within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.

To submit a warranty claim, customers may be required to provide:

• Order Number

• Customer Name

• Product Information

• Description of the Issue

• Photographs of the Product

• Supporting Documentation (if applicable)

Claims submitted after the warranty claim period may not qualify for warranty review.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This limited warranty does not cover:

• Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality

• Minor scratches, scuffs, or surface blemishes

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, abuse, or accidents

• Damage caused during handling by third parties after delivery

• Products used in a manner inconsistent with manufacturer recommendations

• Routine maintenance items

Customers are responsible for following all manufacturer guidelines regarding installation, operation, and maintenance.

WARRANTY CLAIM REVIEW

Once a warranty claim is submitted, our team will review the information provided and may request additional documentation if necessary.

Boat Service Pro LLC reserves the right to inspect, evaluate, or verify reported issues before approving any warranty claim.

WARRANTY RESOLUTION

If a warranty claim is approved, Boat Service Pro LLC may, at its sole discretion:

• Repair the product

• Replace defective components

• Exchange the product

• Provide store credit

• Issue a partial refund

• Issue a full refund when appropriate

The selected resolution will depend on the nature, severity, and circumstances of the claim.

LIMITATION OF WARRANTY

This Warranty Policy applies only to the original purchaser and may not be transferred to another individual or entity without written authorization.

Except as expressly stated in this policy, Boat Service Pro LLC makes no additional warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability

• Warranties of fitness for a particular purpose

• Warranties arising from course of dealing or trade usage

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

DELIVERY AND INSPECTION

Boat Service Pro LLC ships products throughout the United States using trusted shipping and freight providers.

Customers should inspect products immediately upon delivery and notify us within forty-eight (48) hours if shipping damage, missing items, or incorrect products are discovered.

Prompt reporting helps ensure timely resolution of any concerns.

MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES

Certain products sold by Boat Service Pro LLC may include manufacturer warranty coverage.

Where applicable, manufacturer warranties are separate from this Warranty Policy and are administered according to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

Customers may be required to register products directly with the manufacturer to activate warranty coverage.
