Price Match Highlights
- Price Match requests are accepted at the time of purchase and for up to 30 days after your purchase.
- Applies to eligible new OEM outboard motors, marine parts, and boating accessories.
- Available year-round with no seasonal restrictions.
- The item must be in stock on both our website and the competitor’s website.
- Applies to purchases made by customers in the United States.
- Certain exclusions and limitations apply.
HOW OUR PRICE MATCH PROGRAM WORKS
Step 1
If you find the identical product advertised online at a lower price by a qualifying U.S. retailer, contact our Customer Support team before placing your order or within 30 days after your purchase.
Step 2
Provide us with:
- The competitor’s website link
- Product name
- Manufacturer part number or model number
- The advertised price
Step 3
Our team will verify that the product qualifies under our Price Match Policy.
If approved, we will:
- Match the competitor’s advertised price before purchase, or
- Refund the price difference if your purchase was made within the previous 30 days.
QUALIFYING RETAILERS
Boat Service Pro LLC matches prices from legitimate online retailers that:
- Operate within the United States
- Sell products directly to consumers
- Display prices publicly in U.S. Dollars
- Have the item available for immediate purchase
Price matching is not available for products sold through:
- Marketplace sellers
- Amazon third-party sellers
- eBay
- Craigslist
- Facebook Marketplace
- Auction websites
- Liquidation websites
- Clearance outlets
- Wholesale clubs
- Membership-only pricing programs
QUALIFYING PRODUCTS
To qualify, the product must:
- Be identical to the product sold by Boat Service Pro LLC.
- Match the same manufacturer.
- Match the same model number.
- Match the same manufacturer part number.
- Be the same size, specifications, color, and configuration.
- Be brand new.
- Be currently available and in stock from both retailers.
- Be available for shipment to the customer’s delivery address.
Products that are discontinued, refurbished, remanufactured, used, damaged, open-box, display models, or clearance merchandise are not eligible.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Our Price Match Guarantee applies only to the product price.
Shipping, freight charges, delivery fees, installation services, taxes, handling charges, or other additional costs are not included in price matching.
SALES TAX
Price comparisons are based on the advertised selling price before applicable sales tax.
Any required sales tax will be calculated during checkout according to applicable state and local laws.
EXCLUSIONS
Boat Service Pro LLC reserves the right to deny any Price Match request involving:
- Pricing errors or typographical mistakes
- Promotional coupons
- Flash sales
- Holiday promotions
- Black Friday or Cyber Monday specials
- Clearance sales
- Going-out-of-business sales
- Liquidation pricing
- Employee pricing
- Military discounts
- Senior discounts
- Membership pricing
- Loyalty rewards
- Financing offers
- Mail-in rebates
- Gift card promotions
- Bundle pricing
- Buy One Get One offers
- Open-box merchandise
- Refurbished products
- Used products
- Custom-built products
- Products advertised below the manufacturer’s Minimum Advertised Price (MAP), where applicable
LIMITATIONS
Boat Service Pro LLC reserves the right to:
- Verify all competitor pricing.
- Limit the quantity of products eligible for price matching.
- Refuse requests that do not meet the requirements of this policy.
- Modify or discontinue this Price Match Guarantee at any time without prior notice.
All Price Match requests are reviewed individually, and final approval is at the sole discretion of Boat Service Pro LLC.
